Summary About the Respondents

• Over 500 people replied (549)
• Over 300 were from Cary, NC (305)
• Exactly 80 people responded from Brisbane, AU
• Remaining respondents were mainly from US
• Over half of the respondents fell into the 35-50 age range
• In Brisbane, 71% of respondents stated they were currently in a drought
• In Cary, 77% of respondents stated that they had experienced drought in the past 5 years
• Most people were on city or local water (90% in Brisbane and 76% in Cary)
